Check your text/email for the Noke Smart Entry notification. Use your temporary pin to set up your account. The pin is valid for 24 hours.

Step 3

Access the gates and your unit. Arrive at the gate with your Bluetooth on. Open the app and tap on the gate icon. Wait 10 seconds and the gate will open.

Step 4

Access your unit. Open the Noke app. Touch the white flat button/screen on your unit’s lock to activate. Tap the icon on the phone to unlock your unit.

Monthly invoices are not sent out as a reminder to pay rent. When you rent a unit, you will be enrolled in automatic payments for your convenience.

No. We provide a state-of-the-art locking system. Once you rent a storage unit, you will be guided through the process of downloading an app. This will enable your phone to become your key. Your phone will then unlock, via Bluetooth, the entry and exit gate, and your unit.

A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammables, hazardous items, combustible items or liquids.

We require insurance. Our online system will easily guide you through the process when you rent a unit. Your insurance coverage begins as soon as the first months rent and premium is paid in full. The insurance plan is paid monthly with your storage rent. Coverage continues as long as you pay your storage rent and monthly insurance premium. Termination of the policy occurs when you terminate your storage rental or become delinquent.

You will have access to your unit seven days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, including major holidays.

Yes! We offer covered and uncovered storage for boats and vehicles, depending on size. We offer uncovered outdoor RV parking.
